No. You grant access through Google’s own consent screen, and we store a revocable token rather than a password. You can disconnect from your profile, or revoke it directly in your Google account, at any time.

No, and that is deliberate. You choose the employer, the resume and the message, and you approve every send. Nothing goes out under your name that you did not read first.

A pool of companies contributed by other job-seekers. When you upload a list you can opt in, per upload, to share those employers — and in return you can search what everyone else has shared for your city and roles. It is off unless you choose it each time.

Yes. Upload a CSV and JOB-EASY organises the employers into location lists you can work through, catching duplicates as it goes.

Once you send, replies are synced back from Gmail and matched to the right application, which moves through the pipeline from Sent to Replied, Interview, Offer or Hired.

Yes. Applications that have gone quiet past your follow-up window are collected into a single reminder, and you get a weekly summary of where everything stands. Both are optional and you control them in your notification preferences.

JOB-EASY works anywhere. You organise employers by any city, country or region you add, and remote roles are first-class.

Your lists, resumes, messages and applications are scoped to your account, and we do not sell personal data. You can read exactly what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy, and delete your account and its data at any time.

New accounts start free once an administrator approves them. If paid plans are switched on for this instance you will see them in the Subscription page before anything is charged — nothing renews automatically.
