JOB-EASY sends real email from your real address to real people. That makes misuse everyone's problem: it damages your own sending reputation, it harms the recipients, and it puts the platform at risk. This policy sets out what is not acceptable. It forms part of the Terms & Conditions.
1. No unsolicited bulk email
JOB-EASY is for individual, targeted job applications. It is not a mass-mailing tool.
You must not:
- Send identical or near-identical messages to large numbers of recipients who have no connection to a role you are pursuing
- Use purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise harvested contact lists
- Continue contacting someone who has asked you to stop
- Attempt to evade the daily sending cap using multiple accounts, or by any other means
- Send marketing, promotional, political or fundraising email of any kind
The daily cap on your account is a guardrail, not a target.
2. Be who you say you are
You must not misrepresent your identity, qualifications or employment history — in your profile, your resume, or any message sent through JOB-EASY. Specifically, do not:
- Apply as, or on behalf of, someone else without their explicit authorisation
- Claim degrees, certifications, employment or experience you do not have
- Upload another person's resume as your own
- Impersonate a company, a recruiter or JOB-EASY itself
- Forge or falsify email headers or sender information
3. Other people's data
Company lists you upload usually contain other people's personal data — recruiter names, work email addresses, phone numbers. You are responsible for that data.
You must not upload contact details you obtained by scraping, by purchase, from a breach, or in breach of another platform's terms. You must have a lawful basis for holding and using them, and you must honour any request to be removed. Under India's DPDP Act and the GDPR, uploading someone's personal data makes that your decision, and your responsibility.
The same applies with more force to the shared company pool: contributing publishes those details to other users. Only contribute what you are entitled to share.
4. Content
Do not send or upload anything that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, or that infringes someone's intellectual property. Do not send malware, phishing content or deceptive links.
5. The platform itself
Do not:
- Probe, scan or test the security of JOB-EASY without our written permission (responsible disclosure to is always welcome)
- Access another user's account, data or files
- Scrape, crawl or bulk-extract data from the platform, including the shared company pool
- Use bots or automation to create accounts or drive the interface
- Interfere with the service, overload it, or attempt to bypass any limit, quota or access control
- Resell or sublicense access to JOB-EASY
6. Google's rules apply too
Because applications are sent through your Gmail account, Google's Terms of Service, Gmail Program Policies and sending limits apply to everything you send. Breaching them can get your Google account restricted — which is a consequence we cannot undo for you.
7. What happens if you breach this
Depending on severity and history, we may:
- Warn you
- Reduce your sending limit
- Remove contributions from the shared pool
- Suspend your account pending investigation
- Ban your account permanently
- Report the matter to the relevant authorities where the law requires it
Serious cases — fraud, impersonation, malware, a security attack — are acted on immediately and without warning. No refund is due for an account closed under this policy.
8. Reporting abuse
If you have received an unwanted message sent through JOB-EASY, or you believe someone is misusing the platform, tell us at . Include the message and its headers if you can. We investigate every report.
