Please read this alongside the Terms & Conditions. It sets out, plainly, the limits of what JOB-EASY does.

1. No guarantee of employment

JOB-EASY helps you send and track applications. It cannot make anyone reply, interview you, or hire you.

JOB-EASY makes no representation or guarantee that using JOB-EASY will result in replies, interviews, offers or employment, or that it will improve your response rate. Job-search outcomes depend on your experience, your market, your timing and the decisions of employers — none of which we control, and none of which any tool controls.

Be sceptical of anyone who tells you otherwise, including any figure you may see quoted about this platform.

2. We are not a recruiter or an agent

JOB-EASY is not an employment agency, a recruitment consultancy or a staffing firm, and is not your agent or representative. We have no relationship with the employers in your lists, no influence over their hiring, and no visibility of their decisions. We do not vet, endorse or recommend any employer, and listing a company in JOB-EASY is not a statement that it is a good or legitimate place to work.

3. Company and contact data may be wrong

The companies and contacts in your lists come from files you upload, from AI-generated suggestions, or from other users' contributions to the shared pool. JOB-EASY does not verify any of it.

Expect some of it to be wrong. Email addresses bounce, people change jobs, phone numbers get reassigned, and roles get filled or withdrawn without notice. Check before you rely on anything — particularly before you contact someone.

Contributions from other users are provided by those users, not by us. We moderate the shared pool but we cannot confirm the accuracy of what appears in it.

4. AI-generated output is unverified

The discovery tool builds a prompt for you to run in an external AI service. Those services confidently produce information that is out of date, incomplete, or entirely invented — including companies that are not hiring, roles that do not exist, and contact details that were never real.

Treat every AI result as a lead to verify, never as a fact. JOB-EASY accepts no responsibility for AI-generated content, and no responsibility for anything an external AI provider does with text you paste into it.

5. Delivery depends on your own account

Applications are sent through your Gmail account. Whether a message arrives, and whether it lands in an inbox or a spam folder, depends on your own account's standing with Google, the recipient's filters, and Google's limits and policies. We cannot guarantee delivery, and we cannot influence it.

Sending patterns that look like bulk mail can get a Google account restricted. That restriction is between you and Google, and we cannot lift it. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Nothing here is professional advice

JOB-EASY, its content and any guidance in the product are for general information only. Nothing in it is legal, financial, immigration, tax or career advice, and none of it should be relied on as such.

This matters most for work authorisation. Whether you may lawfully work in a country, on what visa, and under what conditions is a question for a qualified immigration adviser in that jurisdiction — not for a job-application tool. Consult a professional before acting on anything you read here.

7. Third-party links and services

JOB-EASY links to and depends on services we do not control — Google, employers' career pages, external AI providers and others. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Following a link is at your own risk, and that service's own terms and privacy policy apply.

8. Availability and data loss

We take reasonable care to keep JOB-EASY running and your data safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of your resumes and anything else you would be sorry to lose.

9. Limitation

To the fullest extent the law allows, JOB-EASY is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the platform, on the data in it, or on AI-generated output — including lost employment opportunities. This is subject to the limitations and exclusions in section 10 of the Terms & Conditions, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
